Our barley comes from the USA and/or Canada. This product contains uncooked rolled barley flakes, and must be cooked before consuming.

An easy way to prepare them starts with bringing 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil over high heat, then adding 1/2 cup barley flakes and stir. When mixture begins to boil again, reduce heat to low and simmer until reaches desired consistency. Transfer to your favorite bowl, grab a spoon, and enjoy!
